After the training, practice sessions and evaluation, you can become a Marma Practitioner and start making a living out of it. The wellness industry is fast growing, and the Marma is a very welcomed treatment by clients.
About the trainer – Dr. Sharika
Dr. Sharika has 20 years of experience and is an exceptionally accomplished expert in Ayurveda and holistic healing. She is a renowned Marma trainer, Nadi Pariksha expert, and trainer for Ayurveda courses. She is trained in various bodywork modalities.

About the Marma Practitioner Training:
· It is a 4, full day, intensive program;
· compulsory attendance for all sessions;
· non-residential, meals will be included;
· 25 hands-on practice sessions after the training;
· evaluation after these 25 practice sessions and certification;
· you will be trained in the Marma polarity routine in 28 major Marma points;
· you will learn basic principles of Ayurveda;
· there will be theory on Marma;
· there will be Marma practice sessions;
· there will be daily Sadhana and Satsang.
Prerequisite; who can apply:
1. Open for all who have completed two Art of Silence courses & Sahaj Samadhi meditation program;
2. Must have experienced a Marma from an approved Marma Practitioner from Sri Sri TATTVA. It is not compulsory to experience a Marma before the Marma Practitioner Training, but we highly recommend you do experience it. You can book a Marma with one of our Marma Practitioners in Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town. Please contact Annewikke for the contact details of the respected Marma practitioners in your area.
