About Dr. Sharika Menon

Dr. Sharika Menon has 20 years of experience and is an exceptionally accomplished expert in Ayurveda and holistic healing. She is a renowned Marma, Abhyanga and Shirodhara trainer, Nadi Pariksha expert, and a trainer for Ayurveda courses, like the Ayur Jagruti and the Dinacharya. She is trained in various bodywork modalities as well.

About the Marma training

• It is a 4-day full program (7am - 7pm), compulsory attendance for all sessions;
• It is a non-residential program, meals will be included;
• It is a hands-on training in 28 powerfulMarma points;
• You will learn the transformativeMarma polarity healing routine;
• You will learn basic principles of Ayurveda;
• There will be theory on Marma;
• There will be Marma practice sessions;
• There will be daily Sadhana;
• After the training you will be practicing on 25 people;
• There will be 1,5 days of evaluation after your practice sessions and based on your performance, you can become a certified Marma Practitioner. The dates for the evaluation will be announced during the training.

Prerequisite/Who can apply

1.    Open for all who have completed two Art of Silence courses and the Sahaj Samadhi meditation program, (Art of Meditation) and are regular in their daily sadhana;

2.    Must have done an Art of Silence course at least 6 months before the Marma training starts;

3.    Must have experienced Marma from an approved Marma Practitioner from Sri Sri Tattva. If you haven’t experienced a Marma yet, pleasebook your session with your local Marma Practitioner: https://www.adiocare.co.za/Marma;

4.    Must not have any contagious, infectious diseases, skin diseases, or physical disabilities;

5.    Must not be smoking, drinking, taking recreational drugs, etc.
